Industrial engineer and MBA (IESE). More than 20 years of professional experience, combining consulting and management positions in multinational environments.


He has led more than 200 transformation projects, based on operating models design and implementation. His main focus is efficiency and results orientation.

David Fernández Pereira

Co-founder – Director
Industrial engineer, MBA and Master in Supply Chain Management. More than 15 years of professional experience, combining consulting and management positions in services and manufacturing environments.


He has led highly-efficient and results-oriented teams and has successfully carried out change projects in different sectors.

Miguel Ángel Torroba Cañas

Co-founder – Director
Industrial engineer and Master in applied economics. More than 15 years of professional experience in IT and operations consultancy in Spain, Europe and Latin America.


He has advised consulted companies from multiple sectors (telecommunications, insurances, automotive, services…) in their customer relationship transformation through processes reengineering, operative efficiency programs, customer journey definition and CRM solutions implementation.

Clara Ripoll Sánchez

Industrial Engineer and MsC in Supply Chain, specialized in operations. She has more than 10 years of experience in consulting and digital marketing.

She has successfully led transformation and change management projects in the healthcare, pharma and telecommunications sectors.

She loves to move in an international environment. Liaison with the millennial generation.

Marc Casas Oliveras

Engineer, Master in Project Management and Master in Management Engineering in Beijing, China. He has more than 6 years of experience in consulting and project management in international arenas.


He has led transformation and change management projects in the healthcare and industrial sectors, implementing models of continuous improvement and focused on obtaining results.


He takes advantage whenever he can to travel and visit new countries, he has been in more than 90!!.

Graduated in Biomedical Engineering and Master in Clinical Engineering. She has 4 years of experience in the field of health technology management and project management consulting.
