Treatment Modalities


The Data Subject shall treat the Users’ Data in an appropriate manner and shall take appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction of the Data.

Legal Basis for Processing


The Owner may process the User’s Personal Data, if one of the following conditions is met:


  • When the Users have given their consent for one or more specific purposes. Notice: Under the protection of several different legislations, the Holder may be authorized to process the Personal Data until the User opposes to it (“reject”), without the need of consent or any other basis. It will not be applicable, when the processing of the Personal Data is subject to the European regulations on the protection of Personal Data;
  • When the collection of Data is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract between the User and/or any other pre-contractual obligation of the User;
  • When the treatment is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal obligation of obligatory fulfillment on the part of the User;
  • When the processing is related to a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official powers granted to the Data Subject;
  • When the processing is necessary for the purpose of a legitimate interest pursued by the Data Subject or a third party.

Conservation period


The Personal Data will be processed and kept for the time necessary and for the purpose for which they were collected.

Once the conservation period has ended, the Personal Data shall be deleted. Therefore, the rights of access, modification, rectification and portability of data may not be exercised after this period has expired.

This type of service helps the cardholder to manage the tags or scripts needed in this Application centrally.


This means that User Data is passed through these services, which may result in the retention of such Data.

This type of service allows the holder to create user profiles from an e-mail address, a personal name or any other information the User provides to this Application, as well as to track Users’ activities through statistical functionalities. These Personal Data may also be cross-referenced with publicly available User information (such as social network profiles) and used to create private profiles that the owner may view and use to improve this Application.
